Get a simple job in a garage or something and then be a kiss *** when not in school. Usually you can work as much as you want but if you have school and miss a day or school they sont fire you or get pissed at you. aldo if you get promoted better pay for equal work.

Real estate.
There is no justifiable reason to even try to make money elsewhere. I work at my jpb because I enjoy it and I feel like I'm making the world just a bit safer each day, but real estate is what pays for the M5, it pays for the RX-7, it pays for the Lightning, it pays for the food on the table, it pays for the all too regular strip club forays, and more.
There are those who say it's too hard or I can't do it. Screw them. My first deal, I was 19 and I made $137k with no money down and only held the property for three weeks. I never had to make a payment on it. If you have a stellar credit score you can get 100% NINA (no income, no assets) loans that will let you purchace with 0 money down or even get cash back in your pocket if you're savvy enough, or if you have crap credit look around for a place that's OWC (owner will carry, essentially they act as the bank and hold the note on the property). Buy in Jan/Feb, flip in March, make more money in a month or two than most people do in a year or two. Lather, rinse, repeat, retire at 30 to Ibiza where you live out the rest of your life vomiting on Maylaysian hookers, secure in the fact that you needn't work ever again.
