Might buy some land
So i might be buying some land... nope not to build on. Nope not to turn a profit on. Just to have and use as a party plot. I am thinking 4x4 trails. Quad trails. Camping anytime i want.. Keggers as loud as possible!!!

hmm what can i do with 60k.. hmmm buy a 01 S4 avant and make it into an RS4. or something cool like that and still have money left over to do other things with.

Wow land is so cheap for you guys! 200 acres would be so cool for 4x4, buy an old excavator and make some serious fun.
Big open section for rwd drifting on dirt could be an idea to.

200 acres would costa bouta GRILLION dollars, here in the DC area. Plus, you'd hafta promise your immortal soul to the Devil just to find someone willing to let go of that much land, all in one piece, all at the same time.

buy it, sit on it, who knows, in 20 years, they might want to build a mall on it (thats whats happening with my uncle, and he is refusing to sell) until they offer u millions and millions of dollars, they sell it. best thing to do, buy it and sit on it, that thing could bring in millions for you

its just north of Moses Lake in Grant county.. check out Windemere.com.. they have lots of property for sale ie 90 acres 100 acres etc
