Well I don't think its harsh. We're all just surprised that a celebrity actually got some sort of disciplinary measure. I heard bout this one guy a couple years ago that got mad at his neighbor and took it out on his chihuahua when he punted the dog acroos the frony yard and he got 36 months in a pen.
Btw the dog died

 

If they wanted to make an example of him he would have gotten the full term, which he didn't. Look over some of the evidence pictures regarding this case. Dog lover or not, which I am, they are pretty graphic. I think the punishment here was appropriate. I can't believe someone making the money he did would risk so much for something so petty.

we are forgetting most important thing they took away. His ability to play in the NFL league thats gotta bother him more than anything.

YUp agreed, To be honest I woulda been happy with a LARGE FEE and no NFL for 3-4 yrs instead of prison...but o well

 

They might have taken his NFL time away but only for the time he will serve in jail. IDK do you think when all is said and done and he has served his time a NFL team will pick him up? I mean the dolphins picked up ricky williams again this year after all the crap he put that team through.

On a side note during my college days we did have monthly beta fish fight nightwhere everyone would place bets (usually in the form of beer bongs) and then let the fish go at it. It grew to be pretty popular on campus. I dont consider myself a bad person for participating or buying said betas.
