Default Meal plan builder

Hi, I like to plan 7 days worth of food for the week which also helps me knowing what to buy at the grocery store. I have to use previous days to build what I'm eating for that day and often my calories are increase or decreasing depending on my activity level. So the feature request would be to make some kind of meal building where I can add in all my food for a day and know all the amino's and nutrients that I am receiving, so a weekly overview of this data would help.

Just eat a variety of foods.

1 litre milk : 30 grams protein
100 gram moong : 25 grams protein
100 gram soyabean : 40 grams protein
10 eggs : 60 grams protein
300 gram paneer : 55 grams protein
Total protein content : 210 grams

Agree with your point of view. It really looks like you like the conception of the protein diet and it is cool. You see, a 200 grams protein meal plan is best left to elite athletes and bodybuilders looking to gain some lean muscle as most ordinary people do not need this much protein in their diets. So, I recommend this 200 grams of protein a day meal plan, read more here. Hope it will make sense for you.
