My wife just bought a Mac. My first experience with one and I am wonderign what the heck took me so long to get a clue. Incredibly nice machine! Puts a PC to shame. Mac all the way.

I don't think macs are anything special and I would take a well built pc over a mac any day. People who say pc's suck probably have a $500 dell that has shitty components and all the crap that dell loads on to it from the factory. A pc that has good parts and anti-virus software is just as good if not better than a mac and far more customizable. Macs are way too expensive for what you get.

Linux is an O/S...........

I've used both Macs and PCs and I will always lean towards using a PC.

It's just my personal preference, I could care less what other people use.
