Ok so after our Jeep Grand Cherokee is sold, I have to think if I want to also sell my car (98.5 a4 2.8) and look for something else. Most likely a later year with less mileage. Despite other audi's that are already on my list, what do you think are some fun cars I could get used for about 16grand?

AWD is a plus, that's why my top picks are still Audi's. FWD is out, but RWD would be fun (not so much in the winter though).

You guys have any suggestions for other makes and models that I could consider for the money? I'm open to all ideas so just throw em at me.

 

I would get a B5 S4... but if you're budget is tight, the maintenance might not be in your best interest. Could definitely get a new A4 for that much, but the S4 will be a huge upgrade from your 2.8 and will widen your eyes a lot more.

 

yea, a B5 S4 would be my ultimate car at this point. the only things are that a B5 S4 is cutting it close with 16grand, and the insurance payment on it will probably be way up there (esp in nj).

 

get a 1.8tqm and u'll have like 8k left. then go bt.
