Honestly, the few times I had a chance to look out the cockpit window I don't recall ever seeing giant blue blocks flying random patterns in the sky...

^^^it's to test your ability to avoid GIANT BLUE rectangles, while flying in whitout conditions, in a red aeroplane you control with a thumb-actuated joystick... I think
