Like all Brit cooking, it is a nasty bit involving relatively uneatable parts of an animal all stirred up with other crap to cover up the bad taste. Best consumed with strong ale and a $hitload of cigarettes - and generally in the company of a chick with bad teeth.

 

Unfortunately, fun is not on the schedule. It's a work thing. Hopefuly, I'll have time to get some fun in and pick up some Brit chicks, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

At least I'll be able to have some REAL Guinness. And I wonder if I can get the company to spring for a snazzy rental car that I can bomb through the mountain passes.
