Stock WRX is faster than A4 easy. Its kind of odd that you compaired the speed of the WRX with your S4, because the S4 is supposed to be competition for the STI...not the WRX.

 

no it will be my friends 99.5 a4 mt. vs 02 wrx no exhaust. my sister has a 03 chiped but auto trans and still slow

my brother has an 04 wrx with stage2+ clutch, dp w/ cutout, ecu program, and intake and i must say its really really fun. really fast too...

Egh... I'm not too fond of STi's and def not a WRX fan. If the Legacy GT pushed out 300hp I might consider it since they're a lot nicer to ride in. A friend of mine has an 2003 WRX with the 2.5 and Greddy turbo along with the whole "souped up" set up and he still would take either of my cars cuz he says he'd give up a little speed for comfort and luxury of the Audi

I HATE the way WRX's look. They have those little buggy eyes that annoy the crap out of me. IMO they are not stylish at all. I'll keep the sleek german styling of my S4, thank you!

 

A while ago we did a test drive of the STI with four people in the car. My neck hurt afterward.
