Just closed on the house!

RE: Just closed on the house!
CONGRATULATIONS......now go get your Home Depot credit card (required, you know)
After living in apartments for 5 years, the missus and I sold a car to get the down payment to buy a mobile home in 1979. We made enough $$ on it in 2 1/2 years to buy a REAL house. We lived in that one for 13 years, then upgraded to a bit bigger home in the same city in 1994. Now we're starting to think about retirement 10 years out. Oregon's lookin' pretty good. Should be able to swap some California equity for some more land and a BIG garage / workshop.

I spent almost 10 years between Fairborn and Dayton......that state rots your brain.
I blame the Reds, Cavs, Browns, and Bengals for years of heartbreak that make the people snap and finally lose it.
p.s. Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the wonderful world of mortgage.

Good luck with your and audi's new home
If you have only one garage then it will be hard, you know
Your wife will be like "oh honey you do not want me to get cold right?, so let me park my maxima in garage during winter"

RE: Just closed on the house!
That is sweet man, I would love to get rid of my condo and get a house, but it's almost impossible for me, even with a good down. I've been pricing out house at other states like CO, KY, NV. Houses in my area are rediculously too high, the equity I can make for my condo can pay for a house in full in other states but only a down payment for one here
