Ha... Wife and I went to ruby tuesdays after the closing for drinks and im pretty sure im done for the night as far as consumption is concerned... But id love to throw an audiforums party... might not have the capacity for that many audi's in the driveway though....

Its the best! I have been one for about 8 yrs now. Just made enough payments to get rid of PMI.

 

Nah not broke. My wifes credit is stellar and I work for a mortgage company so we got a kick *** rate/program and didnt have to pay any closing costs. Our payment is very affordable for us. We could have gone ***** to the wall and got a much bigger and better house but we dont live like that... Sort of like how i drive a b5 even though a b7 is within our budget.. I guess we live bellow our means. Although, the wifes deal with me was -once we have a house i can do whatever i want to the audi... We'll see how that goes.

Ahhhh the almighty 80% LTV owner you have become!! We got real lucky and came accross a loan program that is one loan at 100% w/no PMI w/a killer rate. Gotta have a 760+ credit score do get it though.

Most people do an 80/20 to avoid PMI these days...
