This may sound foreign to some of you that don't have iPhone but, anyone know what it would take to make an audiforums ipone aplication? Basicly a more compatable version that is in iphone format. For instance, myspace and facebook etc have apps that make it easier to load pictures and navigate the site from an iphone. As it is currently, I can't load pics on AF unless I do it from my pc. And it doesn't allow pop ups for messaging.

 

Sell ur iphone and get a blackberry curve! That's all I use. I don't have a computer!

But yes it would be nice to get PM's and other messeges maybe texted or emaild to cell phones!
Also a quick picture post (like facebook) would be slick

 

^^that's like trading in my TT for a chevy cavalier. No thanks. iPhone is a much better product, and the applications are amazing. Not to mention that new apps are made just about everyday.

 

yea, i know what you mean.. im on this site every day on my iphone.. ive been saying the same thing to my self.. really all it takes is knowledge of coding. and a Mac with an intel Processor. ive been trying to get hackint0sh on my laptop but it doesnt like SATA hard drives.. i might get on an iphone forum one day and see if some1 can cook us up something

 

It would make this site so much more accessable.

I've got a BB Pearl right now but as soon as my contract is up i'm switching to the iPhone.

and the iphone dev forums says it would be easier to just skin the forum for a mobile device such as this i guess
