Lightbulb An interesting concept of car co-ops

I saw this article on Topix (http://www.topix.com/forum/autos/T4UOLV5OK30Q7AE76) about shared car ownership through lonelygarage.com I just thought that it was an interesting concept, and thought that I would share it...

Hmm..

I don't know about that. I feel like one person might have more of a control.
Beside, one might just run away to Mexico with the car.

stupid idea, it would never work...what happends if the car gets in a wreck does that mean everyone is shot out of luck untill the car gets replaced?

^ You make it sounds like this has happened to you? But now I can finally legally drive all the Ferrari's I like instead of stealing them and then ditching them in the Mon river!

But seriously; it could work. This is just an idea they took from the private aviation world. Two or three guys in the same general area own one really nice plane.

My personal plan is to work hard, be successful, and buy my own frikkin Ferrari, and various other demi-exotic autos. That way, I won't hafta *schedule* a night out, PIMPIN'!
