It does not have to be a law to make the President of the United States of America show he loves the USA...
It should be just something they want to do....on their own free will....
What 8 years of "Deception"??
They found alot of WMD's in Iraq...That Saddam said that he did not have any.
Saddam refused too allow the UN investigaters search certain area's due to violations by the UN.
I know personally there were NBC's in Iraq....I was there and seen them after they were taken out of the sand because Saddam hid them fast because the Russian's let Saddam know we were coming to take him out.

Well no ****, there were nbc's there. He was using them on the Kurds for years. But I bet you didn't find any high enriched uranium buried in the sand.
