Someone told me (for security reasons I CANNOT reveal my informants identity) that his experimantal drug usage back in H.S. has caused some kind of hormonal inversion and he can no longer grow ANY facial hair (not until AFTER menopause, that is).

He did a whole 5 bucks... plus Homer just got out of psych treatment so you really should'nt believe what he is saying.
