I wonder if they have to lift the elevator to have access downstairs since I don't see any doors/area underneath.

If you get super filthy rich please don't do that. You'd get a lot more respect and fulfillment using some of that money to help people out who really need it rather than impressing your couple buddies with your douched out lambo elevator.
