A group of idiots claims that they are allergic to 'wi-fi' signals, and they want them banned from public places. They dodge people with cell phones and everything! Tin foil hats, anyone?

Good thing they don't have anything that runs on electricity. It's not like power lines generate an EM field...

It's so nice that they are conveniently only 'allergic' to wi-fi and cell phone signals.

 

Watch out for those fans and TV's and hair dryers and vacuums. I hear those things give off electro magnetic fields too.

eyy its no ******* joke my mom used to get migranes when when ever she used her old cell (she used it alot for work) it was so strong that even house hold phones were bad, she got her self a blackberry pearl i got her this for mothers day and she is alot better. its hands free its earpiece free

It probably had nothing to do with the EM radiation, and everything to do with the high-frequency whistle emitted by older cell phone speakers. You can't hear it, but you can be sensitive to it. It's a lot like the whistle that old tube TV's made when they were first turning on. My grandmother used to be able to hear it and it would make her head spin.

 

Just like when dozens of Americans reported becoming deathly ill when flouride was introduced into public water.
Let's do some placebo testing on these people. Ask them to participate. Expose them to areas with and without wi-fi and on and see if they can tell.I'd be stunned with results even slightly better than those of obtained by guessing.

 

Do they get to take their 'wi-fi detectors' with them so they know when to feign illness?
