I guess im a scrooge too, im the exact same way.

I got a used PS2 controller and a 1up mushroom beanie. The store I went to was really tame and apparently everyone forgot that that particular Gamestop was there because there was maybe 10 people there. At BestBuy tents lined the sidewalks and some jackass missed Thanksgiving with his family. He sat outside BestBuy from 4 pm to 5 am.

 

So I went pretty late for the Black Friday sale. I guess that was the reason why I didn't really find anything worth buying nor anything really THAT cheap.

I felt like most things were about the same price and that "little" sale wasn't worth the wait.

It was fun tho!

 

In my area if you weren't outside waiting at like 9 pm you were already late. I think next year I'm going to drive around and sell coffee und snacks to all the jagoffs waiting out front the stores.

 

I went to Target this year, my first year going. We went for the TV's and $4 DVD's. Got a few other things as well that I grabbed as we were walking around. Target opened at 5am, we got there at 3:30am and we were about 80 people from the doors, the line went for a half mile EASY and we weren't even at one of the "bigger" stores. We got everything we went for and were out the door by 5:20am.

Wal-mart's parking lot was so full people were parking across the road. I will never go to Best Buy or Wal-mart on BF (Black Friday) I'd end up hitting someone. It's just too packed.

 

Randy what stores did you go to , i wa thinking about hitting up frys casue its super close to my place but i got lazy

 

^ You'd have to get in line the night before for Fry's! My friends did it last year I believe and they still couldn't get what they wanted.

I just went to the mall. The sales were pretty much gone by the time I got there (around 6). It was still packed as hell tho and lines everywhere.
