OH MY GOODNESS!!!!

I was walking to my car leaving a friends apartment and right as I was getting to the street a car with about 6 mexican guys jumped out and one of them started following me to my car. I noticed something shiny in his hand but wasn't sure what it was. When I opened my door he came around to my door and asked if I had a cigarette. I said no and he asked if I was sure and I said yeah and then I realized what was in his hand. It was a knife about 6 inches long!!! I quickly slammed my door shut and locked it then started my car and got out of there! As I was pulling away I saw them all go over to someone elses apartment across the street.

I called one of my other friends who was planning on leaving right after me from the same apartment and told him to stay there for a while longer because of what just happened to me. He said ok. About 5 min later he called me saying that they were watching from the window of their apartment and heard some noises which they said sort of sounded like gun shots and then saw the guys running out from another apartment across the street and into the car.

I guess there are police there now and everything!!!

Thank you God for keeping me safe tonight!!!!

I need to start carrying a knife or something like that with me from now on.

This is why there is a 2nd amendment. Buy a gun and carry it in your car. Although if they had a gun also you prolly would have ended up in a gun fight so that would be bad.

 

Damn, sounds scary. I always laugh at my friend for carrying around a knife in his car, but this kind of stuff happens so much I think it's time I reconsidered that idea. Glad you're safe though.

I agree with Cyber. Get a license to carry (Like me) and be preprared. The world can be a nasty place. Some crackhead tried to mug me in 2000 and had I not been armed with a knife at the time, who knows? It will shake you up regardless so hang in there.
