Should you have any comments, questions or concerns about your rental,
please contact the manager where you rented your vehicle. If after doing
so, you are still in need of assistance, kindly call me at (301) 670-8649

Your rental cars are entirely insufficient for any type of pursuit
situation. Cornering in city streets at any speed over 50 miles per hour
results in excessive tire slippage and near overturning. Were it not for
my superior driving ability, the irate Iranian clerk and police cruisers
surely would have apprehended me. Fortunately, portions of the exhaust
system fell in the cruiser's path.

Is it really to much to ask that your cars be capable of speeds over 110
miles per hour? Over my entire trip of some 1800 miles (weekend rate) I
was able to coax your "Dodge Shadow" to 108 only once-- and then only
downhill. Unfortunately a noxious blue cloud seems to pour forth from
the auto at this speed. I hope to continue as a loyal Enterprise
customer, please see to these problems _IMMEDIATELY_.

Also please add sufficient storage space for beer bottles. Empties roll
about the footwells during extreme cornering, creating a _hazard_.

I do want to compliment the perky rental agent "Jen" who was very
understanding-- even though I could not produce my driver's license at
the time. Here is a customer service agent who understands that
_customers_ and not some artificial "rules" should dictate proper policy.
It is employees like Jen who endear me to Enterprise Rent-a-Car and insure
my repeat business.

That would imply the car actually moved at a decent rate when you stepped on the gas I think 0-60 in this POS took like 60 seconds

thouhgt the engine was gonna explode when i hit 70.

I travel with work alot and am always getting crappy rental cars. Well that I'm 25 the company will pay for something more than a compact car. I've had all types of POS.

1)Saturn whatever it was: You can't nuetral drop that thing. There's some kind of sensor that eats up the RPM's when you drop it into drive at like 7000 RPM's

2) Toyota Echo: They gave this thing to me in Puerto Rico to drive from San Juan to Ponce. I could only get this thing up to like 95 and going over the mountain on rt.52. It climbed the hill at a whopping 45 MPH.

Sometimes I can sweet talk the girl behind the counter to upgrade me free of charge, but you still get POS.

I had an Impala last time I was in Chicago about a month ago I think I was the first renter of this thing by looking at the mileage. Poor poor car that thing got beat up pretty bad. I tried launching it over the railroad tracks at like 70 MPH. I got some pretty decent air and bottomed the thing out pretty bad.

Good times though renatl cars are ment to be abused and beaten thats what there meant for.

I've had one good rental car experience... my mom's minivan's tranny was being rebuilt (2nd time, this time free) so they payed for a rental car. They didn't say how much they would pay, so we picked up the nicest car they had at the rental place and got it free. Thanks Dodge!

It was the low end Mercedes Benz sedan. It was actually pretty nice for a rental, but it didn't seem as smooth as my Audi. Me and my dad took it out for a little 'test drive' one night. Managed to get it up pretty good till we ran out of road.
