Or should I say the morons that use them. Its basically a glorified, overpriced walky talky with horrible service. It defeats the purpose of having a cellphone in the first place. Whats so difficult in holding the phone to your ears and talking like a normal human being, and the constant beeping [:@] so freakin annoying. I just can't stand people (mostly teenagers) who think its cool to talk loud and have their whole conversion so everyone can hear. I'm just pissed off because I was at my fav pizza shop enjoying my meal when these two kids walk in nextels blaring, beeping and talking loudly about absolutely nothing. Grown people who should know better do it too, like standing in line at the DMV[:@], on the subway, even in church. They belong in business where instant network communication is needed, other than that they're illogical and stupid, just like two way pagers. Just my opinion.

 

My dads company uses them... they really do suck.. however i have to admit that the walkie talkie feature is very useful and cool... still sucks tho, i can never reach any of the workers or my dad for that matter

Why are Nextels the only service to have that annoying "Please hold while the Nextel subscriber you are trying to reach is located" message EVERY time you call? I think they wasted too much time and design on that god damn retarded bleep **** that can be heard for miles around.

It's just rude and they are everywhere now that they are with Sprint. I don't know why a restaurant would allow them anyway. Any cell phone at that. I hate sitting down for a meal and listening to someones BS conversation.

 

i love my 850 ...but i hate people that dont have their phones on vibrate.. weither its an annoying chirp or someone with a gay ringtone... i dont want to hear it
