As the title states, I was a dispatcher for the Audi Roadside service, one of the people you may have spoken to when dialing 800-411-9988 (or any of the other Audi Roadside numbers). Thought it might be fun to make a thread like this and let you guys ask me (almost) anything about working there, customers, horror stories, stuff like that. I am no longer an agent for the service, I can answer any kind of questions, but I will not answer any personally identifying questions. If you would like to know anything about me personally, I am an auto enthusiast, but do not own an Audi (none of us did, haha).
