This is so stupid. There's no way around it. I went to school for cars and my alignment teacher was talking about the same situation. An easy way out would have been to add sandbags or something but then you are just guessing at the weight. Ask any technician and they will tell you having the person in the car is the best way to do it.

This lady just needs to either loose some weight or get used to be put in these types of situations.

I cant stand the victim attitude that seems to be creeping into our scoiety. You cant change the laws of physics becasue they make you feel bad. Just imagine how her seat feels.
