it was sooo great during it too. i can put him on speaker... then take him off and respond whenever i want... and he doesn't know anybetter.... so you bet everything he said was on speaker.

at "don't answer a question with a question!" one of my buddies couldn't take it... he had to leave. 'cause obviously i can't have people laughing their asses off in the background while this guy's PISSED

but can you HONESTLY ever imagine treating someone this way? i mean... i was stunned. absolutely stunned. i could NEVER imagine calling tech support and doing this. i HAVE called tech support, before i was a tech agent even, so i didn't have a bias. and honestly, i had the most respect for those guys. can't fix the issue? well ****! damn! what can we both do to fix it then buddy?

 

wht modem do you have?

 

i have had a few run ins with customer service people.. never tech support though..

 

alright your *** is going down, I had this long reply typed and right befor I OK'd it i got booted off the net. ****. anyway, my mom did that stuff for sprint back in the day and more recently for the cable company so I've heard the storys, except they would come down to the office and try and get in thier faces. so many times I wanted to track people down that did that to my mom and beat there ***. Anyway, Its not the fault of the rep, so I don't get mad at tehm.

wow... I can't imagine how you could stay cool through that. I would literally be reaching through the phone cord and ripping his throat out, screaming in his ears, "CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?". I guess thats why I don't work in that field.

not a too bad a modem... don't like troubleshooting them (no internet light)

you have a linksys right? or did you get a diff router? [&:]

 

yep lol howd u know it was out of warranty? no just running that modem thru comp firewall...why?
