I definitely agree with you on that one.. a shot in general will prolly give some clearity. I might do that, 1 shot won't hurt.

But yeah, definitely not doing anything today.. just gonna focus on feeling better.

 

it sucks to be sick. i was sick for 2 weeks last year. couldn't eat and barely could keep fluids in me, lost so much weight, i looked nearly anorexic. it was horrible.

sometimes it's just thecourse of time that gets rid of it, but to make you more comfortable, the suggestions above are good. just take it easy.

and when you do get better, the best thing to stay healthy is to be physically fit. people who get regularexercise can fight off much of those viruses from the get go!!

 

get yourself a multi-vitamin. preferably one for body builders, they are PACKED with good ****. i haven't gotten sick in forever. wake up with a glass of OJ (important), keep taking medicine like tylenol cold severe every 4 hours, take a shot of cognac (or whiskey) and go lay in the sun. if you stay at the house your just gona get your germs everywhere and then your just gona be sitting in germs. plus the sunlight helps you to get better. make sure to wash your sheets every couple of days. keep hydrated all day long and just take it easy and you should feel better in no time

 

or you can go to the doctor, get a z-pak, and be all good lol

yes, i guess that's one way to feel better.

 

when you sleep on them while your sick they get covered in germs, if your getting better and then lay down on some sheets full of germs, probly not the best idea

 

from a NATIVE Michigander... dress in layers! here's what *I* do, when it's cold out:
bottom layer - sleeveless undershirt
next layer - turtle-neck
on top of that - sweater
finish with - winter coat

remove, as needed, when inside

 

^^^you might want to also consider wearing pants, of some sort, as well, in the winter... *I* don't, but, I'm coo like dat!!!
