Please search that large wine cellar for me and uncork the 1966 Margaux you've got stashed in the corner and have a glass for your birthday and think of me. You now chose one of my favorite wines ever! I absolutely love a bold, complex, and satisfying French red. Among many other things.

have lots of french wines. latour, montelina, haut brion, gurard larose (spelling?)
also have a neat sitting area outside the cellar. have 2 thomas arvid paintings: one is 1st growth bourdeau, other is opus 1.
we bring in lots of good wines to this one restaurant and let the chef taste them all. he loves us.

Whoa!
You need to take it easy on me. I'm only human! Tempting a Chef on so many different levels and knowing that you're 2000 miles away is cruel. I could really use a glass of fine wine and good company at the moment but I'll have to settle for a horrible episode of bad tv and a fine margarita. Oh well, can't have everything all of the time.
