i've lost count exactly, but would have to say at least 3 in the past 5 years, mostly speeding, onepassing on the right (in the right lane on a two lane road when someone in the left lane had a left blinker on and was nearly stopped to take the left-that was such b.s.)... one speeding in a construction zone (a truck was like 50 ft off the side of the highway chippng branches - not a work zone imo, but fine doubled none the less)...but all in all, not many recently. mostly from 16-23 yrs old, then only a few after that. I've probably had more than 7 or 9 total, and have been to at least 3 driver retraining classes. First ticket ever was wreckless driving 90mph in a 55mph zone in a 1980 Ford Fiesta - lost license for 30 days, su(ked at 16/17 yrs old.

 

ahmen illinois just turned up the fines, instead of paying $95 online i decided to go to court and get supervision and pay $140 instead i ended up paying $290 because the fines went up as of this year. real BS but i dont have to worry about my insurancegoing up

 

the good thing about being in the Army means that I never get tickets (knock on wood)

 

2 speeding tickets in the last two years... darn cops

 

Only 1 luckily lets hope it stays that way too. 75-55 Figures I went past a Dunkin Donuts

 

I've just been really lucky, 0 so far but it seems whenever i'm speeding I get behind some traffic, forced to slow down,only to drive by a speed trap. The K40 has saved me countless times and knowing the town cops has always helped. I got tailed in an escalade with a broken speedometer... enough said? Guy was nice enough to just give a warning

 

i've had 4 in the 5 years i've had my license
1st was 95 in a 70 in my moms suburban...that thing was so ghetto haha
then 2 in my prelude 2 years ago (don't hate) - 75 in a 70 and 77 in a 70...those two were bullshit, a week apart and both were at 6am while i was on my way to work.
most recent was bout 4 months ago, a couple days after i got my a4. 90 in a 70.

oh yeah, those are all in kilometers per hour...

 

ummm...my first ticket ever (which happened about 4 years ago) had 6 violations...are you interested in the # of tickets or violations?

the ticket was for

-unsafe lane change
-following too closely
-violation of a provisional license
-no proof of insurance
-excess of 100mph
-reckless driving

yes my car was impounded, no I did not have my license suspended....

 

82 in a 70 a few months ago (got me after I slowed down from around 100 while my phone was ringing so I was happy as can be that he only said 82)
Expired Plates [:@](about two years ago when the BMV was having issues with their online renewal process)
84 in a 55 a couple years ago (wasn't paying attention)

ive been pulled over a lot, and had quite a few tickest, but got them dropped or didnt get one... my day is coming though
