Position the tip of a large flat-head screwdriver on the selected part of the spring, then hit the butt end of the screwdriver repeatedly with a hammer until the spring is separated.

ill let you in on a secret.
if you want to cut ur springs, but not spend time with a flat head and a hammer or bolt cutters all you need is about 500grams of gun powder (u can buy shotgun shells in walmart for 7 bucks and disassemble them) fill it into a metal pipe screw it close and tape it to ur spring then set it off. the explosion will give you a clean cut....

I bought a turbo intake http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Super...item335d1a9e0f

And a manual boost controller

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/High-...#ht_500wt_1182

So its safe for me to turn it about 30 clicks up right?

I dont have a boost gauge or anything, but 30 psi seems reasonable

Newbies, unite.

We must all drop to our knees immediately, and beg the spirits of the AudiForums: Save us from our ignorant ways... and may the spirits be tolerant of those of us who actually did search, and were totally confused by what we found.

I love this forum. Please don't kick me out.

just my two cents here.......

but golly gee...we don't have that many members that i think we should be calling them morons because they don't search.
[lotsa times the search function doesn't yield very good results (that i've tried, anyway).]
