Default How the hell do you stretch out a shirt?

Ok, so my friends are throwing a party tonight.. and the theme is "Tacky Xmas Sweater Party" lol... you wouldnt realize how hard it is to find a tacky Xmas sweater.. i found one.. but its a damn large.. bought it anyways.. i usually wear a size Xl, so this baby is a little to form fitting.. ok way too damn form fitting.. I need to know.. How the heck do you stretch out a sweater.. could you soak it in water then pull on it for 15 minutes? would that work? or would i just end up with a wet tacky sweater.. size large?? I sure as hell know how to shrink them.. any tricks, ideas, tips???

Well tight sweater can betacky. If the party is tonight getting it wet with coldwater and stretching it might work but if you dry it then it will shrink. Iwould try spraying it with wrinkle release. (I refer to it as a liquid iron) Anyhow spray it good and start pulling. Maybe give your dog 1 end. lol

best way is cold watter and let it air dry, leave it soaked so the weight of the water streatches it, and you can do the two arm method as i like to call it, place your two arms all the way inside the sweater and streatch it out from the inside, just keep pushing outward with both hands but i would do the cold watter method first, also if if streatching it outward you may loose some length, so if that happens roll it up like you would a towle when you would wip a friend and pull on either end.. a combination of the three usually works for me..

Sounds like the party we had last weekend RedGoat... And the tighter it is, the tackier it is! I'd post a pic, but the girl who was taking them has yet to post them on her myspace, ******, worthless.
