how do i make a tomato plant bloom?

You planted them too early, tomatoes bloom under the correct temperatures, similar to almonds trees. We had funky weather which caused the trees to bloom early (high 80's a month ago) then the temperature went back down to 50-60 temps stopping them in their tracks. Tomatoes won't bloom until then get consistant 75+ degree temperatures. They only need 4-5 hours of sunlight a day, but do better in full sun.
Lowering the PH in the soil and adding more organic matter will cause them to bloom faster, unless your going organic, you'll just have to wait.
