Default how do i make a tomato plant bloom?

so i grew a bunch of tomato plants and most of them are 4 ft high but they still won't bloom. they are close enough to cross pollinate and since they're 4 ft high, they've obviously been fed well. WTF is going on? anybody know?

Yes. Yes they are. They're small but give them time, it's still kinda early in the season. Are they getting enough sunlight?

I'm not a tomato expert. All i know is that some plants require more/less sunlight. Sometimes it can even be measured in hours how sunlight a plant needs. I guess tomatoes don't care though.

4 feet? You planted early. My Dad usually gets a good harvest and he didn't plant until last weekend.
