A couple of months ago, I found a local Euro car forum that actually has active meets and such and so of course I was stoked...but then I joined. Dude...that forum is LAME. Almost all of them drive VWs and honestly, I don't care at all about GTIs and Jettas...they do nothing for me. There are very few A4 owners and even fewer B5ers. This morning, I posted a thread on that forum about how I see VAG cars EVERYWHERE (especially VWs) and that went over fine, but then I mentioned that I thought the new Mini was played out and you've never seen such butt-hurtedness.

So, I was thinking...why don't all of you (and especially you B5ers) move down here to Houston so that I can get some group Audisatisfaction. Don't worry about the fact that Houston sucks in almost every way...think about the BBQs and GTGs!

OR, you can move up here to VT. Awesome roads, active clubs, and the big shows aren't too far away.

 

Hmmm, that's a thought. Plus, I could satisfy my long-harbored desire to compete in snooty equestrian events.

I know, SoCal goes crazy for those GTGs...I'd love to be there with other Audi enthusiasts.

But the thing is...I'm a NorCal gal and I just can't see myself down there.
