After the election it came to light that some districts voted 100% for the President and not a SINGLE vote went to any other candidate. So, I started a petition demanding an investigation into voter fraud because I don't know about you, but it sounds awfully fishy and it's up to us to keep our politicians honest.

not quite true-
while Philly voters may have overwhelmingly voted for Obama this election, the results were hardly different than they were in the 2008 election. to say that no other party received a single vote is simply wrong. see:2012 Presidential Election Results By Philadelphia Neighborhood Wards | The Philly Post
Philadelphia is a very complicated and diverse area, and if you think that the residents in these neighborhoods would generally support a republican presidential candidate- well, maybe you should visit there sometime.
Also- as for mentioning voter fraud, it's inevitable that someone would bring up that voter ID laws would have changed everything. Also not true. States with voter ID laws in place also gave their nod to Obama in the election.
Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Colorado, Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut, New Hampshire (theres a few more, but you get the point)...all have some form of voter ID laws in place and all voted Democratic for the 2012 election.
Just my 2 cents
