How about a rants & raves section/room where we can "take it outside" so to speak. Maybe a little "looser" with the reigns in there... Of course, threats of physical violins (sp. on purpoise) should still be punished in some manner... A "three-strike" rule, maybe... Seriously, let 'em take it (or, as admins, restrict them) to the room and let 'em hurl epthitets an invectives at each other until their fingers bleed.
