so.. the car has condensation in the driver side headlight... lots of moistore on the inside of the housing.... should I take it to the dealer and have them replace it or just wait for it to go away on its own? its been there for most of the day....

take it in. That means it isn't sealed properly and it will most likely be leaking and causing your bulbs to go out

i have an 05 S4 & the warranty runs out in november. i took my car in on a rainy humid day and actually showed it to the service department. moisture inside the housing. they gave me a TSB report that said the moisture may or may not dry out as the lamp heats the inside. said they can hook up an air pump to blow out the moisture but it won't be covered to be replaced by audi!! so i think we're outta luck.
check the TSB's above on the menu bar and i'll bet you find it.
the dealer encouraged me to complain about it to audi, but said there was nothing they could do.
kinda sucks, huh. here my car was $55K new and that's what i get after a few years of driving it!!

I've got this problem, too... S4 BiXenons and they both fog up. I tried sealing them with RTV, I thought it was working... but yeah, it's not.

What's this about body coloured headlights? Did 05 special editions have that? I've never heard of it...

u know how the ecode housing can come in chrome or black? well the housing of my headlights are grey...

I'm leaving work now (Setting up some Macs) hopefully the condensation will be gone... if not I'm gonna take pics and show the dealership..

so I called and they said its "normal"... but I have an appointment next week to remove a small dent on my door... so they said they can diagnose it to make sure it has no holes

Oooh, so you've got ecodes or something...
I've got the S4 bixenons in my Dolphin gray A4, too. They look pretty good.
Full USP kit and S4 door blades are in my living room... install on may 20th! Woot!
If only I could get rid of MY condensation... [:@]
