So yeah... good old me got arrested along with one of my other friends for reckless driving. LUCKLY we didn't get our cars towed or get put in jail but we did both get put in handcuffs and the back seat of a police car (which is NOT made for tall people at all... I'm 6'5"). So now I have a court date to see what happens. I don't recommend you do this.

Sounds like my story. I got pulled over and got to sit in the back of a cruiser, not a fun place to be. Just sat there for 20 minutes with no cuffs, just waiting for him to finish writing the tickets. In the end he gave me four fvcking tickets! Failing to signal while changing lanes, a BS "visually estimated" 87 in a 45, reckless driving, and some other speed related bs I don't remember. Anyways I hired a lawyer and got everything dropped to 54 in a 45, failing to signal and a mandatory defensive driving class. Not a bad deal considering I was facing a 6 month suspension and a couple thousand in fines, not to mention a misdemeanor on my squeaky clean record.

 

You get the S4 and now wont be able to drive it for atleast 30days [:@]

I'm pretty sure a reckless driving charge is 6 months. It may differ by state though. My advice would be to get a lawyer.
