Ok. The ladies love the Beatty for the "vulnerable look", but if you already used that trick up, you can go the other direction with the Hugh Hefner. Get some pajamas, a silk bathrobe, a pipe, put some more salt in your hair(if you need to)...etc
If you want to add a wild factor to the Hefner outfit -buy two blonde inflate-a-mates, put them in nighties, and attached them to your sides.

Now we are talking....I already have the salt and pepper hair...silk pj's now I just need the inflataladies!!
