PJTocci you work out alot? I go to the gym about 4-6 days a week... would be interested to find out how many people lift on this forum..

im 6'2" 240 11.68 % body fat.. have yet to start cutting for the summer dont want to loose any strength

ya man, i go about 5-7 days a week. some times i just shoot hoops and jump rope etc. i have been lifting for about 3 years. in high school
i was 6'2 140lbs about. now im up around 190 (but im trying to trim up its hard!) i did 2.5 miles this morning, im gonna lift around 4. love it.

yea i gotta start doing cardio as well, i play ball 3 nights a week 3 on 3 at my gym and thats all i do but at 240 im a bit slow, in college when i played i was 185-205 40lbs is a big jump but all my lifts are really high wbeen lifting for about 6 years now, its adicting...

keep it up bro, im sure you look nice and cut at 190

Thanks! ya im trying...on another note...gotta love AudiForums, i did a search of oil service light, printed out the thread, went to my car...NO MORE SERVICE
LIGHT!! whoooo! cleaned my 170hp beast today, looks pretty good. (as good as a non-sport A4 can look anyway!) its sunny out. sun= motivation.

It was a very slow morining for me.. both my boss in NY and my "team leader" here in des moines are out of the office today.. THinking its going to be an early out day.

On the other note.. I really need to start hitting the gym again. im 6'3" and weighed about 195 in college.. No matter what i did, i couldnt gain weight.. its tough when you burn well over 4000 calories a day. However now that thats over..im in at about 210.. startng to get soft.. I got the weight i wanted just not the way i wanted it [8D].

hey man its tough, im the other way around i was 270 my senior year of HS, fat bastard i have no problem putting it on its takeing it off...

just eat alot and eat often.. 6-8 times a day keep the cals around 4000 and the protien around 30-40 grams a meal and you will grow...

haha...well I would eat a lot... but the problem now is i DONT burn 4000 calories anymore. Finished college so hockey is no more as is working out 3 times a day. Now i have a desk job where i sit on my *** all day and play sports..maybe twice a week. SO yeah, i need to get back to the gym.

ha its now the gym thread.. i feel at home now... spend most of my time at the bulknutriion.com forum have like 1500 post there...

I had an off day no motivation, only got 315 for 5 on bench and didnt do any cardio.. I started my diet and i have no energy and my strenth is now going down.. not to happy going to switch to dumb bells next week so i dont go crazy...

lol.. this it similar to what I posted in the off topic at my other forum..

I also talked about how there are less and less hot girls at my gym.. its getting bad... nothing to look at anymore.. so sad
