crazy.. ya amze.. i tripped out when i seen ur avvy...
mad changes.
ive been doing mostly cardio (running, playing ball etc) and not lifting as much as
I should. i really just want to lean out & not gain more mass.
the last time u cane out i was a pretty fat heffer. now just not as much LOL.
trimmed down a bit thank god. & working on cutting down more by this summer.
keep up the good work..

And that's all good dude, if you keep at it you can turn that all into muscle, just dedication and being consistent!
I'm 2 months and 2 weeks in, been pretty consistent. Go 2-4 times a week, usually 3-4.
