I'm checking in at 6'2", 205, but I could definitely be a bit more solid. I need to get back onto a 5 day program again with some good cardio thrown in the mix. I just have so much going on all the time that it's difficult to get the time set aside for it.
I've been pretty diligent about going at least 3 if not 4 times a week, but I need to start hitting it hard again. I'm getting out of shape and it's pissing me off. It comes back quickly, but I want to start making sizable gains again.

If putting ON weight is your issue... I have NO comment.
I've been working/talking to a lot of personal trainers lately, and I got to the gym 5-6 times a week (lately, just getting back at it). But seems like the focus here is specifically skinny guys trying to bulk up. ?
