If putting ON weight is your issue... I have NO comment.

I've been working/talking to a lot of personal trainers lately, and I got to the gym 5-6 times a week (lately, just getting back at it). But seems like the focus here is specifically skinny guys trying to bulk up. ?

Any gym talk man, but for me I'm a skinny guy trying to bulk up, while staying lean and having a low body fat %, so far so good.
