Default Gym Talk

Complaints, Accomplishments, Thoughts, Work-Outs, Anything regarding the gym or working out, post it up in here.

I'm up 12lbs in just over 2 months, loving it.

Btw I'm still only 167 at 6'2, which is ******* sad.

Shooting for 175+ by Summer.

Amze - By gym you really mean 2 hours fully naked in the steam room and holding hands with another guy right?

dude I eat so much its not normal. I just have an epic metabolism. Once I start back at the gym It should be pretty easy to gain a couple pounds. I stopped going cause the one that I went to started charging insane ammounts so i canceled my membership.

Yeah I'm eating like 5 smaller meals a day right now, and snacking on ****.

I know how it feels to be skinny, but 12lbs on so far, which is great.

And damn, **** that ****..

I'm 30 bucks a month, for a year commitment. No starter fees. Indoor Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steamroom.

I'm checking in at 6'2", 205, but I could definitely be a bit more solid. I need to get back onto a 5 day program again with some good cardio thrown in the mix. I just have so much going on all the time that it's difficult to get the time set aside for it.

I've been pretty diligent about going at least 3 if not 4 times a week, but I need to start hitting it hard again. I'm getting out of shape and it's pissing me off. It comes back quickly, but I want to start making sizable gains again.

some people just have crack head metabolisms that burn off everything they consume. being lean and strong isn't a bad thing though.
