have you played guitar hero 1 and if so whats the difference between the 2 i cant see it bein that much different

Beat Guitar Hero I this summer on Expert, got the Battle Axe to prove it.

Just got Guitar Hero II, beat it on Medium and Hard, I'm a third through Expert.

Number II is more difficult on Expert (I've never played a real guitar till just a month ago...like they say in Number I "at some point you should think about buying a real guitar).

I love the new options of practice and pro compete two player mode.

Songs are a toss up for me, I know more songs from I and they're more close to the original, II has some awesome songs also, but they are more obviously covers, that might not be a bad thing. By far, the Anthrax song is my fav, and I saw Lamb of God live a couple months ago open for Slayer, I've always loved Janes Addiction, Megadeath...

it has a mode where you can play the bass section in two player
