Great! Now my dog is going to be begging me for Guinness instead of snacks.

 

Stouts are good.. Guiness is good. Sam Adams Cream stout is good.. Oatmeal Stouts are good too... and good for you! I think I'll have a couple dozen.

 

You know, I used to hate beer. Then one day, someone handed me a pint of Guinness and said, "Here, try this, you beer-hating bastard." Ever since then, I love beer.

Guiness is good. Getting it off tap is much better than out of the bottle. It tastes so much better. But you might also want to try Smithwicks. Brewed by the same company and tastes much better.

 

Smithwicks is great, but my favorite beer would have to be Spaten Oktoberfest. Sucks that I can only get it around October.
If you want to try a really unique beer, get your hands on an Aecht Schlenferla Rauchbier. That one is just incredible.

 

I think there's a favourite beers thread somewhere in the OT section here... in the meantime, may I suggest everyone try St. Bernardis Abt 12 - it's beyond delicious.

 

I had some bud lights; dollar drafts while watching the celts last night.. damn they lost!! I never drink during the week, but friend jsut had a baby. i know bud light isn't the best, but u can't go wrong with dollar drafts.

 

german beer never lets me down. my all time fave is augustiner brau.
