No, its a total fail. It already costs something ridiculous like $50 to put one of these stupid messages in the yearbook so I can't afford to buy her something on top of that. I'm just a poor college kid after all

it is a good idea though, or even better.. if she wanted a puppy or something just say in the letter "ps, we got you a puppy" so when she reads it and comes flyin home just say haha jokes, no puppy.. would be good for a laugh...
