I agree, Flethcer Jones is the WORST. [:'(]I've had countless horrible experiences. Does anyone recommend an independent service co? I need to get the 50k service for my A6.

 

Also Spiel I didn't see if those pages noted it or not but you will need to have 2 keys to program your car. One goes in the ignition and your valet/backup key goes in the driver's door. thats if you don't have the immobilizer which I think only started 2001 or somin.

I remember when I was looking for the Audi and I would never get asked if I need any help. I just go in my white T and jeans like I normally dress. I even tried taking my bosses Caddy instead of the Escort the neighbors gave me. The only place that wanted to help was this Caddy dealer in Joliet but they are all a bunch of sharks id never buy from even if it was an RS4. I will say that the VW dealer by me has been very nice to me and has fair prices on parts.
