Based on the distance from the camera, the other cars and the background, I was able to run a series of complexcalculations. I determinedthat he was doing approx 140mph. Frankly, I'm surprised the camera even caught it.

I just noticed, the car on the right of the pic, looks like the driver is taking a pic of the wing

 

In chicago I see plenty of those & f-150's with orca whale-like wings. Its rather funny.

I heard that if you do a Rear wing and a new set of hubcaps it adds 45 hp on that HONDA.... But seriously that wing is for saftey reasons, personally will all the extra power from the wing I'm glad it also pushes the car down when they eventually hit 50!
