Got it for $130k and in about a year or 2 it will easily eclipse the 200k mark. The area is being built up around it now and could see more than that in about 4-5years.

 

^+1. Navarre is one of the traditionally smaller, moe rural beachside locations that is now being heavily developed. Not cheaply developed, mind you, but very nice houses in all-inclusive commmunities. Good find, bro.

 

Amazing, a house like that would easily cost over 150k here. And all we have is the most polluted city in Canada and Detroit across the river. I hate this place. But congrats on the purchase.

 

A house like that would probably be in the 200's here.

Crazy.. IN california it'd cost ALOT.

 

I watch those house flipping shows and all the 1200-1400sq foot homes go for well over $400k in socal [:'(]
