wow nice and congrats on the new house
u know what i notice every new house u have to buy why do u have to to alot of landscaping, like the previous owners killed the grass and plants on purpose

congrats, bluoval! my vote for the sideyard (since a pool won't fit and a hot tub will still leave plenty of room) is a trampoline! trust me, blu, you won't be disappointed!
