Default Global warming test

OK, I got 100 % correct right off the bat. I'll bet you will too. Good info to use the next time some cretin talks about global warming.

Oh i was listening to 890AM today and they played a sound bite from 1984 when they were first starting to say that the earth was warming up and that the polar caps would be melted, people dieing of starvation/doomsday by 2000. Then one of the callers mentioned that back in the 60-70's they were saying the earth was cooling and we were all going to freeze over.

and this is form the test, lol..

"Temperatures have gone through nearly two complete cycles of warming and cooling over the last 100 years. During the period 1900 to 1940 temperatures were increasing. Then from 1940 to 1975 temperatures were decreasing. Currently, temperatures are increasing back to about where they were in the 1930's."

This test was informative. I liked it. I think with all the advances we have using less paper, better gas mileage, the germans creating a pill to make cows not fart, and other things, we should be ok! Nothing will happen in our lifetimes i bet.

I've been saying for years that the simplest measure of global warming was a LACK of glaciers where they once reached as far south as theGulf. And, that the lack of glaciers toughout almost all of the north american continent was evident LONG before the advent of the industrial revolution.
