It was -21*F when I went out to start my car this morning. This is the coldest I have ever seen the temperature go in my life! Car started up pretty good though! My battery is getting a little weak w/ the cold but for the temperature it did great!

 

It was -22*F when I left for class this morning and the windchill brought it down to -30*F

Guess that's what I get for going to college in Maine.

 

I love it when it's cold outside and someone makes a global warming remark. You know extreme weather variences/ice ages are a byproduct and result of global warming right? I know it's just a joke.. But yeah, damn cold. Glad I had a snow day from work!

 

I haven't had school for the last two days because it's been well below zero.

 

how did you get a snow day but I still had to go to class. It's f'in -7 right now and I have to go outside and walk to class in a few minutes. Grrrr school is supposed to be canceled before some old guy's work is. What do I pay this university for??

 

hehe school hasn't started for me yet. i got till the 25th. i think i'm going to stay inside all day

 

I am in Atlanta and with windchill it was -2 this morning. ATLANTA!!!!!!
By the way. they have all lost that term Global Warming and are now using "Climate Change" in its place to account for the fact that the Avg earth temp has dropped for the last 10 years. So when it's colder than usual, it's probably the US' fault for sure. The UN has to find some way to get money for third world dictator's support.

 

Well it was also a very nice somewhat mild summer. I can't remember a single time thinking that it was way too hot. I mean it got up to almost 98 a couple times but it wasn't bad for some reason. But ya it's just a joke.

I had -22 yesterday morning, took a pic of it just for fun. i should have done it lastnight when it read -28. Started fine this morning @ -25, it took me 45min. to start my Subaru though. Oh yea 1 more thing I will never have a car that doesn't with out heated seats!!!!
